Holistic nutrition that gets to the root cause of stubborn symptoms

My name is Becca! I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Mental Health Practitioner. I support clients struggling with indigestion, autoimmunity, depression, and anxiety by getting to the root of foundational imbalances in the body, so they are able to live their lives to the fullest.

Hi, I’m Becca.

I live in Massachusetts with my husband David. When I’m not meeting with clients, I enjoy playing with my dachshund, gardening, meditating, and baking gluten free treats in the kitchen.

I came to this work as a result of my own struggles with chronic illness. I felt powerless and scared by the options Western medicine gave me and felt certain that there must be better answers out there.

The healing work that I did with an NTP allowed my body to truly heal itself. My only regret is that I didn’t start working with an NTP sooner!

Since time travel isn’t possible (yet), the next best thing I can do is to provide that support for others.

Learn to read symptoms not only as problems to be overcome, but as messages to be heeded.”

– Gabor Mate, When The Body Says No

“Before you heal someone, ask them if they’re willing to give up the things that make them sick.”

– Hippocrates

“I’ve always been fascinated by trickster stories from the world’s many cultures. The startling conclusion from all these tales is that people tend to become complacent, get stuck in routines and habits, and need to be shaken up from time to time…we need to be tricked into growing and changing.”

– Lewis Mehl-Madrona

The Pillars for Health

R

Address The Foundations

Give your body all of the building blocks it needs to heal, grow, and make energy. When we address the foundations (digestion, mineral balance, blood sugar…), we address the root cause of imbalances in the body, rather than chasing symptoms.

R

Sleep Stress & Movement

All growth and healing happens in a parasympathetic, “rest and digest,” state. Get those quality z’s! Meditate! Go on a walk and get that lymph flowing! These simple steps can begin to send a message to the body that it is safe to heal.

R

Eat Nourishing Food

Give it the “great-grandmother test”. Would your great-grandmother recognize that as food? As Patty Larkin would say, “I can believe it’s not butter.”

R

Assess The Environment

Minimize your exposure to environmental toxins.
